السيسي يعقد اجتماعاً مع رئيس مجلس الوزراء وجميع أعضاء الحكومة

وصرح المستشار أحمد فهمي المتحدث الرسمى باسم رئاسة الجمهورية بأن الاجتماع تناول استعراض خطة الحكومة لنقل الوزارات ومختلف أجهزة ومؤسسات الدولة للعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، حيث وجه السيد الرئيس بتكثيف الجهود لضمان أن يكون انتقال الحكومة للعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة تطويراً حقيقياً للجهاز الإداري بالدولة بشكل شامل ونوعي، وذلك من خلال ليس فقط تحديث المباني والمنشآت، ولكن أيضاً عن طريق تأهيل العاملين وتدريب الكوادر الحكومية على استخدام الأساليب العلمية الحديثة في الإدارة، بما يساهم في إقامة جهاز إداري كفء وفعال يتسم بأعلى درجات الحوكمة، إلى جانب التحول إلى الحكومة الذكية وبدء عصر جديد من توفير الخدمات المتميزة والمرقمنة للمواطنين، وذلك في الإطار العام لبناء وتطوير الدولة المصرية، والانتقال إلى مرحلة الجمهورية الجديدة، التي تحتاج لجهد وعمل وتضحية من جميع أبناء الوطن المخلصين، لصياغة حاضر ومستقبل أفضل لمصر.

وأضاف المتحدث الرسمي أن السيد الرئيس اطلع أيضاً خلال الاجتماع على تطورات تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى لمبادرة “حياة كريمة” لتطوير الريف المصري، والاستعداد لبدء المرحلة الثانية، حيث وجه سيادته في هذا السياق بمواصلة التعاون والتنسيق بين الأجهزة المعنية بالدولة، مع المتابعة الميدانية للموقف التنفيذي بشكل دوري، أخذاً في الاعتبار أن “حياة كريمة” هي المبادرة الأضخم في تاريخ مصر من حيث نطاق تنفيذها ومدى تأثيرها، وبالنظر إلى ما ستسهم فيه من تحقيق نقلة نوعية وتحسين للمستوى العام لكافة جوانب الحياة المعيشية للمواطنين في الريف المصري، الذين يمثلون حوالي ٦٠% من التعداد السكاني على مستوى الجمهورية.

Today, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi held a meeting with Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and the Cabinet

members, at the Strategic Leadership Center in the New Administrative Capital.

The Spokesman for the Presidency, Counselor Ahmed Fahmy, stated that the meeting discussed the government’s plan to relocate ministries and various State agencies and institutions to the New Administrative Capital. President El-Sisi directed that efforts made to ensure a smooth transition to the New Administrative Capital in a comprehensive and qualitative manner be intensified.

This would be achieved not only through the modernization of buildings and premises, but also through the qualification of workers and the provision of training programs to government personnel to teach them modern scientific methods of administration. These efforts, in turn, would contribute to the establishment of an efficient and effective administrative body. Moreover, such efforts would contribute to the shift toward the smart government and the beginning of a new era of providing outstanding digitized services to the citizens. Going toward the New Republic requires the efforts, action and sacrifice of all loyal Egyptians to build a better present and future for Egypt.

The Spokesman added that the President was also briefed on developments in the implementation of the first phase of “Haya Karima” initiative which aims to develop the Egyptian countryside. He was briefed as well on measures taken to commence the second phase of the initiative.

In this regard, the President directed that cooperation and coordination between the concerned state agencies be continued, with a periodical field follow-up. It was noted that “Haya Karima” initiative is the largest of its kind in the history of Egypt in terms of scope and impact. It would contribute to achieving a qualitative breakthrough and improving the livelihood of the people in the Egyptian countryside, who represent about 60% of the population, at all levels.
